Questions about official New Mexico criminal records must go to the public office that keeps the source record. We can identify likely routes, but we cannot process a request. Some records belong to a statewide system, while arrest reports, jail entries, and many court files remain with agencies in one of New Mexico's 33 counties.

We cannot retrieve official records, conduct a government check, correct repository data, or receive an expungement filing. Contact the responsible agency directly.

Use the route that matches the New Mexico record:

  • Court docket or filed case record: review New Mexico criminal court case access or ask the clerk of the court that handled the matter

Local records still belong with the originating county or agency.
